HRIS Business Systems Analyst Consulting Manager In this role, you will: Business requirements and analysis: · Partner with Recruiting teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and system changes. · Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed requirements. · Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to address business needs and enhance overall efficiency. System implementation and maintenance: · Manage the system development life cycle from design through implementation for small to medium-scale projects. · Configure and troubleshoot system modules to ensure they meet business requirements and improve workflow. · Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and applications software, including system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Testing and quality assurance: · Coordinate and perform system testing, including writing and executing test cases. · Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and document results to ensure that all requirements are met. Data management and reporting: · Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using various business intelligence tools. · Ensure data integrity and security by performing regular audits and validation checks. · Troubleshoot data-related issues and develop solutions to maintain data accuracy. Technical support and training: · Provide day-to-day operational support and serve as a subject-matter expert for HR system issues. · Provide end-user training and create supporting documentation, such as user guides and process maps. · Provide escalation support, resolving complex issues by leveraging internal resources and external vendors as needed. What you need to be considered · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. · Proven experience as a Recruiting Technology Analyst or similar role, with hands-on expertise in supporting recruiting technology applications and systems. · Strong knowledge of HR systems (HRIS) such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, Avature, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms. · Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation. · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, payroll, and finance, to ensure seamless system integrations. · Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a high level of integrity for handling confidential and sensitive employee data. Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $81,450 - $129,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
