Position Overview: Policy Director We are seeking a Policy Director to lead our Policy and Procedure Department. This individual will be responsible for crafting, updating, and maintaining policies and procedures compliant with state and federal regulations for home care, home health care, and hospice services. The role also involves ensuring alignment with CHAP and ACHC accreditation standards.​ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and periodically update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state-specific and federal regulations.​ • Monitor changes in healthcare laws and accreditation requirements, integrating necessary updates into organizational policies.​ • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policies are effectively implemented and adhered to.​ • Provide guidance and training to staff on policy updates and regulatory compliance.​ • Serve as the primary liaison with accreditation bodies and regulatory agencies.​ Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.​ • Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy development or regulatory compliance within the home care, home health care, or hospice sectors.​ • Comprehensive understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations and accreditation processes.​ • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.​ • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.​ Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, a cover letter detailing their relevant experience, and references to slaterra@bbmresults.com.
