<b>Job Description</b>Job DescriptionDescription:<p><b>Experienced Architectural / Production Design Manager:</b></p><p>This position will require the Manager to over see the technical drafting process, enforce quality control standards, and manage deliverables to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The Manager will be proactive in his/her own right in producing Construction Drawings for modular buildings and help to drive innovation and efficiency production. Other duties include but are not limited to reading for accuracy completed architectural plans and engineering and producing a Revit model that is converted to a framed element through a Revit plugin, Strucsoft/MWF. General knowledge of plan reading and framing is required. Includes interaction with municipal and state requirements affecting building. Building permit submittals, plan and file management, distribution are also included. Will subcontract work with Engineering firms as needed.</p><ul><li>Team leadership and mentorship experience a must.</li><li>5 years plus CAD experience with a solid background in building design. Truss design experience acceptable.</li><li>Proficiency in the latest versions of AutoCAD / Revit, Sketchup, MS Office programs.
