What will I be doing? As a Manager of B2B Media Strategy & Planning, you will be charged with supporting the Director of Media Strategy & Planning in running comprehensive, multi-channel media plans for Hilton’s B2B initiatives. This position contributes to innovative and impactful media campaign development from conceptualization to execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will ensure timelines are adhered to, expectations across multiple partners are managed, and outstanding media safeguards are implemented. In addition, the Media Strategy & Planning team is charged with providing the Marketing team with subject matter expertise, working with, and leading the media agency relationships, and applying emerging media tactics in the constantly evolving advertising marketplace. More specifically, you will: Develop and lead campaign media strategy and tactical execution for Hilton’s B2B initiatives and effectively challenge the status quo with new thinking in partnership with Media AOR and key partners. Effectively test emerging media tactics that have clear critical metrics and outcomes. Serve as a day-to-day liaison for key internal business partners, Media AOR teams, and the sales rep community. Effectively work cross-functionally (or cross-region) with key partners to achieve common business goals, share findings, and best practices, and effectively pull projects forward. Have a deep solid understanding of the role media plays within a marketing narrative across the purchase journey. What are we looking for? We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills: Project management: ability to lead multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines Confidence, with a spirit of teamwork and collaboration Flawless attention to detail across media strategies, tactics, and budgets The ability to think creatively and analytically Ability to develop excellent relationships and reputation within the media community Eagerness to learn and a passion for marketing To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: Five (5) years of work experience at a media agency or similar working environment Experience across all media channels including Linear, CTV, FEP, OTT, OLV, Social, Audio, Digital, Outdoor, Print, and other non-traditional media Strong understanding of the programmatic digital landscape, advanced TV tactics, and how to use audience/data targeting tactics 10% travel may be required and will vary It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree Proven track record developing and executing B2B media strategies and plans Demonstrated ability to manage complex media plans, ideally across several lines of business What is it like working for Hilton?
