Your tasks

  • On site, you are the empathetic and professional contact person for all matters concerning good hearing
  • You improve the quality of life of your customers by deriving needs-based recommendations from the individual needs and respective hearing loss, thus ensuring good hearing
  • You support your store management in ensuring economic success
  • You help us build up our hearing implant center in cooperation with clinics
  • After the hearing implant manufacturer qualification or intensive training, you independently carry out the hearing implant service. This includes all activities of technical aftercare (spare parts and repair service, accessory advice, fine-tuning and upgrades of sound processors)

Your profile

  • A completed training as a hearing acoustician
  • Ideally experience in the field of hearing implant systems (cochlear implants, bone conduction and middle ear implant systems) or interest in further training as a hearing implant specialist
  • Practical experience in hearing acoustics
  • Passion for your profession and your customers
  • Desire for continuous development
  • Open demeanor and empathy
