  • Collaborate with creative partners, designers, and influencers to maintain a steady pipeline of high-performing, scroll-stopping ad creatives

  • Set up, test, and analyze experiments related to creative, discounting, user journey, and attribution

  • Track and report on key KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign efficiency

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with broader brand initiatives

  • Identify and test emerging growth channels, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of performance trends

  • Manage cost tracking, campaign setup, and performance data accuracy

  • Get hands-on with creative production when needed - developing mockups, testing ad variations, and QA'ing tracking links

  • Support seasonal campaigns, brand launches, and product expansions through data-backed execution and experimentation

Ideal Candidate
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within a D2C e-commerce or subscription brand

  • 2+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROI)

  • Experience collaborating with designers, influencers, and creative partners to produce engaging ad content

  • Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and GA4; basic SQL a plus

  • Creative intuition - you know what performs, why it works, and how to scale it

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Passion for growth marketing, experimentation, and - of course - dogs

  • Ability to work aligned to EST business hours
