e.l.f. Beauty seeks a Summer Intern to support Visual Merchandising and Design with retail display graphics and project organization. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Assist with creating and updating store display graphics and retail layouts • Help organize design files, maintain archives, and keep project documentation tidy • Learn to read basic retail plans, including planograms, dielines, and product layouts • Support simple production tasks such as trimming, cutting, comping, and mockups • Communicate with team members to track progress and meet deadlines • Work both independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks • Assist with preparing production-ready artwork, printing, cutting, and mocking up graphics for retail displays • Help create and update graphics and planograms for international retail partners toward the end of the internship About You The company is looking for: • Rising junior or senior at the time of the internship • Availability for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th • Availability for in-office work at least three days per week • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Acrobat • Familiarity with arenaflex Office, especially for tracking and communication • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective time management with ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset Preferred skills (not required): SketchUp or basic 3D experience, previous exposure to retail design, beauty, fashion, or wellness, experience reading planograms or working with store layouts, and a small portfolio showcasing retail, environmental, or graphic design work.
