About the position The Solution Architect supporting System Integrator (SI) Partners at CrowdStrike is a technical expert focused on enabling and guiding strategic global partners. This role involves contributing to technical aspects of partner solutions, participating in strategic initiatives, and representing the needs of the Solution Architecture & Alliances organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of deep technical knowledge and business acumen in the security marketplace, working closely with team leaders to deliver technology strategies that meet corporate and partner needs. Responsibilities • Work closely with SI Partners, their Solution Architects and Sales Engineers to promote and further CrowdStrike's Sales growth. • Develop and promote Partner/Client self-service solutions. • Work with other Solution Architects to build out and grow SA process standards for MSSP, TELCO, and SIs. • Assist partner team members to accomplish CrowdStrike training and certifications. • Shadow partners in live deployments, including installations, troubleshooting, and training for CrowdStrike products. • Help partners deploy CrowdStrike internally. • Assist with demo environments, ensuring partners have the necessary training and technology to demonstrate to prospects and current customers. • Develop technical enablement plan. • Act as an interface between multiple internal teams to resolve issues. • Provide reporting and feedback on partner field activities. • Participate in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner-sponsored events. Requirements • Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms. • Knowledge in areas such as Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection, and Computer Forensics. • Experience in a security-focused solution architect, sales engineer, or similar role. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including senior executives. • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 40%. • Prior experience with data consumption capabilities including APIs, scripting, and data exchange formats. • S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience/technical training. • Business development experience in a consulting and/or services environment. Nice-to-haves • Scripting experience in PowerShell, VBScript, Bash, and/or Python. • CISSP, CEH, GIAC GCFA, GCIH, Security+, or similar certifications.
