ROLE OVERVIEW The Global Human Resources Administrator supports both United States and international HR operations, providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support across all areas of Human Resources. This role works closely with the Global Director of Human Resources to ensure consistent implementation of company policies, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and managers. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating benefits and compliance documentation, processing global payroll and supporting recruitment efforts such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication. The HR Administrator plays an important role in fostering a positive employee experience, supporting company culture initiatives, and ensuring smooth HR operations across all locations. RESPONSIBILITIES • HR Operations & Administration • Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations and assist in coordinating activities across all HR functions. • Prepare and process required documentation for new hire requisition and employee change in statuses. • Process new hire entries, compensation changes, and terminations in ADP and BambooHR. • Upload and maintain compliant personnel files and employee documentation. • Enter and update employee records in HR systems (ADP, BambooHR, Deel) ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and internal requirements. • Generate and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business decisions. • Manage and maintain the HR inbox to ensure timely responses and issue resolution. • Coordinate and execute HR communications, engagement programs, and policy updates in partnership with the Global Director of HR. • Support HR audits, reporting, and data reconciliation across HR systems and support reconciliations, and year-end reporting as needed. • Maintain the annual HR calendar, including holidays, audits, performance reviews, and compliance checks. • Assist in preparing HR reports for leadership review. • Support the Global Director of HR with annual HR budget process through data preparation and expense tracking. • Payroll Administration • Process payroll across multiple regions (U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and Canada) in partnership with Finance and external vendors while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Support accurate and timely payroll preparation, ensuring alignment with employment agreements and schedules. • Administer leave of absence tracking, return-to-work coordination, and benefits updates. • Support the Global Director of HR to coordinate with finance on payroll audits, headcount reporting, and year-end reporting needs. • Maintain compliance with benefit programs including 401k, health plans, and international equivalents. • Compliance & Policy • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and international employment laws to ensure ongoing compliance. • Support policy administration and assist in the rollout of new or updated HR policies, procedures, and training. • Help mitigate HR-related risk by ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and adherence to internal controls. • Support compliance with all applicable labor laws across multiple countries. • Conduct regular HRIS audits to ensure data accuracy and legal compliance. • Assist with maintaining and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal procedures. • Assist the Global Director of HR with visa and work permit documentation for global employees in coordination with immigration counsel. • Coordinate with lab facilities to ensure adherence healthy and safety policies where applicable. • Recruitment Support • Support recruitment logistics including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. • Partner with hiring managers and Global Director of HR to ensure a consistent candidate experience and efficient hiring process. • Maintain recruitment files and update HRIS records for new hires. • Manage the full recruitment administration process in BambooHR and LinkedIn, from job posting through candidate disposition. • Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and reference checks. • Prepare employment offers, coordinate signatures, and manage new hire requisition forms. • Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate communication, and close requisitions post-hire. • Support internship and externship recruitment initiatives. • Employee Lifecycle & Support • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring smooth employee experience. • Support HR projects such as performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities. • Prepare and distribute new hire onboarding documents including employment agreements, tax forms, confidentiality agreements, and company policies. • Coordinate IT, Finance, and department setup for new hires (e.g., email, equipment, system access). • Facilitate background checks, I-9 verification, and new hire ADP profile setup. • Initiate 90 day post hire and 6 month post hire surveys monitoring employee engagement. • Manage offboarding logistics including system access removal, equipment return, and exit interviews. • Ensure proper record updates in BambooHR and ADP upon employee exit. • Role Model Behaviors -
