Shuttle Driver – Fast Park & Relax

  • Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Overnight Shifts Available (weekends available)

Position Overview

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport. You’ll operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and serve as a key part of creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
  • Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
  • Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
  • Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
  • Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
  • Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
  • Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Participate in required DOT and company training
  • Report accidents or incidents immediately
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
Experience:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques.
  • Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other staff.
