Fuel Associate (FA) Role

As a Fuel Associate, you'll be the friendly face ensuring customer satisfaction at our fuel court. Your role is vital in maintaining Wawa’s commitment to prioritizing people, doing the right thing, and adding brightness to each day.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers with a smile at the pump
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, maintaining appropriate cash levels
  • Clean and maintain the fuel area, including sweeping and power washing
  • Monitor fuel pumps, change receipt paper, and adhere to safety protocols for customer and team safety

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Must be at least 16 years old with dependable transportation
  • Capacity to work both independently and with a team

Compensation
The pay for this position ranges from $17.25 to $21.25 per hour, based on experience and other factors. A shift differential of $1.50 is offered for hours worked between 12 am and 6 am.
