The Mountains are calling with a fantastic opportunity to join the team at the Peaceful Side Social Brewery and Craft Kitchen! We are a restaurant and brewery rooted in German principles, brewing New American Styles with a Beer Garden and Street Taco Stand and Creamery serving Ice Cream made on site!

This is a fast paced, rapidly growing counter service restaurant, located just minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Serving Craft Beer, Artisan flatbreads from our wood fired oven, craft sandwiches, salads and so much more!

The Social is open year round, 11 am to 8pm.

Shifts are opening (9am to 5pm), or closing (2pm to 10pm). Weekend availability is required for this position.

The ideal candidate will be honest, energetic, friendly, and possess a strong, positive work ethic. We ask that applicants have at least one year experience in customer service, food and beverage service.

Responsibilities for this position include guest service, taking and preparing orders, running food, bussing tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and proficient financial accountability for cashier transactions.

This is an hourly position, plus tips, with the expectation ofh 25-40 hours per week. Compensation is a combination of hourly rate (10.00) plus tips with a guarantee of 5.00 per hour in addition to your hourly rate.
