The Food & Beverage Operations Manager role at Craig's Cruisers in Grand Rapids, MI, is a full-time, salaried position pivotal to maintaining unforgettable entertainment experiences. This position leads the culinary department encompassing food services for event spaces hosting large parties and corporate events, alongside managing the onsite restaurant and snack zones.
