In this high-impact role, you’ll work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and R&D teams to turn new material innovations into real-world customer solutions. From concept through commercialization, you’ll play a key role in launching next-generation products that directly influence customer success and market growth.<br><br>This is a high-visibility, globally connected role offering the opportunity to lead cutting-edge materials innovation, collaborate with industry experts, and make a measurable impact in the tire industry.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Responsibilities Include:</b></h1><ul><li>Lead <b>new product innovation (NPI)</b> projects from strategy through customer adoption and commercial launch</li><li>Support regional sales teams with <b>customer-facing technical engagement</b>, including new product introductions and development programs</li><li>Identify and develop <b>new markets and applications</b> beyond traditional sulfur silane use cases</li><li>Design and execute <b>tire and rubber lab studies</b>, including performance evaluation, data analysis, and customer troubleshooting</li><li>Translate customer needs into <b>technical requirements</b> and clear value propositions</li><li>Ensure products meet <b>safety, regulatory, and quality standards</b></li><li>Collaborate globally across technology, process, operations, marketing, and product management teams</li><li>Contribute technical expertise to <b>product positioning, launches, and industry conferences</b></li><li><div>Willingness to travel up to 50%, mainly within the U.S. with some global travel</div></li></ul><div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Qualifications:</b></h1><p style="text-align:left"><b>The following are <i>required </i>for the role</b></p><div><h3><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field</li><li>7+ years of experience in <b>tire/rubber application engineering, R&D, technical service, or product development</b></li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>tire/rubber materials, testing, and vulcanized systems</b></li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>silane <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">structure–property–performance</span> relationships</b></li><li>Expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and materials testing</li></ul><h3><b>Preferred</b></h3><ul><li>Advanced degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field</li><li>Experience with chemical synthesis and analytical techniques</li><li><div>Customer-facing experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiative</div></li></ul><div></div><div>#LI-NG1</div><div>#Remote</div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>What We Offer:</b></h1>Base Pay Range: $99,000 - $145,200<p></p><p><i>The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
