We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to help configure and optimize a workflow using Relay.app to extract structured data from PDF documents and populate Google Sheets.

Our team has started building the workflow but would like support from someone with experience in automation and document parsing to ensure the process works reliably and efficiently.

The goal is to create a stable process that can read incoming PDFs, extract specific data fields, and send the information into a structured dataset in Google Sheets.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will:

• Review our current Relay workflow setup

• Review sample PDF documents and required data fields

• Configure or improve the Relay automation to extract the correct data

• Ensure the extracted data is sent to Google Sheets in a clean, structured format

• Test the workflow with multiple PDFs to confirm reliability

• Provide brief documentation of the final setup so our team can maintain it

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Relay.app automation workflows

• PDF data extraction and document parsing

• OCR tools and automation pipelines

• Google Sheets integrations

• Workflow automation tools

Deliverables
