Buscamos un/a Export Manager para sumarse a importante Bodega

  • Tareas y responsabilidades:

Impulsar el crecimiento comercial sostenible, mediante la gestión estratégica de la cartera de clientes actuales y el desarrollo activo de nuevos negocios en mercados nacionales e internacionales, identificando oportunidades de expansión y alianzas comerciales.

Diseñar, ejecutar y monitorear el plan comercial integral, alineado a los objetivos de volumen, rentabilidad y participación de mercado, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas y la optimización de resultados.

Desarrollar y consolidar mercados externos, liderando la prospección, negociación y apertura de nuevos canales de distribución, en coordinación con socios comerciales, importadores y distribuidores internacionales.

Coordinar integralmente las operaciones de comercio exterior y logística internacional, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, la eficiencia operativa y los estándares de calidad requeridos por cada mercado.

Gestionar la relación con clientes estratégicos y cuentas clave, brindando asesoramiento comercial, seguimiento de operaciones y atención postventa, asegurando altos niveles de satisfacción y fidelización.

Supervisar la gestión de muestras, material promocional, fichas técnicas y participación en concursos internacionales, fortaleciendo el posicionamiento de marca y la presencia en mercados objetivo.

Colaborar activamente en el desarrollo de estrategias de marketing internacional, trabajando en conjunto con los equipos de marketing y e-commerce en campañas de comunicación, posicionamiento de marca y generación de demanda.

Representar institucionalmente a la empresa en ferias, eventos, misiones comerciales y capacitaciones, con disponibilidad para viajar y fortalecer la red comercial global.


Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Exterior, Lic. en Administración de empresas o afines.
  • Experiencia deseable en rubro vitivinícola.
  • Ingles Excluyente
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
