Join Our Team We invite you to join our team as a Business Intelligence Consultant in our Business Intelligence Group in Austin, Texas. Key Responsibilities As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business data to create actionable insights and metrics, identifying patterns that drive business performance. You will support best practices and information sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business, you will also help clients determine data requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing summary analysis and interpretation to business leaders. Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify new reports needed to support business requirements. Standardizing and normalizing reports on a regular basis, defining and influencing metric definitions from a global perspective. Designing, running, and implementing reports to support the business and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and support process improvement. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and discussing them with internal business groups. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with demonstrated expertise in reporting and exceptional technical skills and presentation abilities. Strong understanding of data analytics and experience in business processes. Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, and Visual Basic, with a good understanding of Power Applications and Automation Anywhere - A360. Strong understanding of business climate and industry trends. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with a client-focused approach and exceptional technical skills and presentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role: Strong experience in large-scale programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, .NET, and Visual Basic. Knowledge of Power Applications and Automation Anywhere 360.
