Job Description:

SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY*

Unterstützung sämtlicher logistischer Prozesse (z.B. Wareneingang, Warenausgang, Pre-Sterile, Kommissionierung, Lager) sowie deren effiziente und reibungslose Abwicklung gemäß vereinbarten Standards. Einstiegs Support-Mitarbeiter, der Aufgaben ausführt und dabei vorgegebene Standards oder festgelegte Verfahren befolgt. Unterstützt interne Teams in der Funktion Lager & Distribution. Folgt eng den etablierten Verwaltungsprozessen, um Genauigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Qualität der Ergebnisse sicherzustellen. Bewahrt hohe Standards in Bezug auf Professionalität, Effizienz, persönliche Kommunikation, Diskretion und unabhängiges Urteilsvermögen.

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

· Durchführung der Wareneingangsprüfung und Buchung des Wareneingangs gemäß den aktuellen Arbeitsanweisungen

· Sichtkontrolle eingehender Steril Produkte unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsrichtlinien

· Kommissionierung von Waren nach dem FEFO-Prinzip für Versand oder interne Weitergabe

· Sichtkontrolle, fachgerechtes Verpacken, Buchen und Versand von Waren und Sterilisationsgütern gemäß Arbeitsanweisung

· Abwicklung von Retouren gemäß Arbeitsanweisung

· Durchführung aller erforderlichen Pack- und Umpackarbeiten im jeweiligen Arbeitsbereich

· Innerbetrieblicher Warenverkehr, inklusive Transport in Reinraumzonen

· Reinigung und Pflege von Transportbehältern

· Beachtung aller Arbeitsanweisungen, SOPs sowie betrieblicher Sicherheitsvorschriften

· Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Einsatzbereich, inklusive spezifischer Reinraumzonen

· Begleitung und Durchführung von Inventuren sowie Cycle Counts und Vollinventuren in den Lagerbereichen

· Ordnungsgemäßes Ablage und Archivierung aller relevanten Dokumente, Berichte und Nachweise gemäß den Vorgaben

· Agiert gemäß den Führungsprinzipien und dem Credo von Johnson & Johnson

SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*

· Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Erfahrungen: Erste Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, idealerweise im Bereich Reinraum oder steril wirtschaftliche Produkte

Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit. (Früh/Spät)

SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS*

  • Kenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungssystemen und logistischen Prozessen, Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsvorschriften

  • Fähigkeiten: Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, gutes Organisationstalent

  • Kompetenzen: Genauigkeit bei der Wareneingangsprüfung, Grundverständnis für Dokumentation und Zollformalitäten

  • Ein standortübergreifender Wechsel zwischen Aachen und Würselen / Würselen und Aachen ist bei Bedarf erforderlich
