You will co-lead projects alongside the Business Deployment Lead, ensuring all ERP-related activities are executed flawlessly and in compliance with Life Science regulatory standards. Your expertise will make you the single point of accountability for regional ERP delivery, fostering collaboration between global template teams, system integrators, and local business stakeholders. You will mobilize and onboard local ERP resources, establishing a robust delivery structure aligned with global governance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring readiness for data migration, validating adherence to SAP standards, and coordinating technical designs for integrations and extensions. You will lead ERP testing activities and manage the cutover planning and execution to guarantee a seamless go-live experience. Your role will also involve providing hypercare support post-deployment, ensuring system performance stabilization.
