We are recruiting for an entry level Marketing Executive to join a well-established, successful, and fun Marketing Agency based in Luton! Due to the location, you will need to be a driver.

This is a busy role where you will be working within a hardworking and fun team of 7. It would involve supporting the team to ensure smooth delivery of projects globally.

This role would suit someone looking for their first role within marketing to kick start their career!

Key Responsibilities:

* Management of jobs through the design studio - using the schedule to see which jobs have been completed and sharing to relevant team members

* Setting up jobs in the studio management software

* Checking status of projects in the client approval system and updating status sheets

* Uploading artwork files to the clients portal following completion of a job

* Reviewing jobs against copy documents

* Adding jobs to the scheduling system at an Account Manager's request

* Updating client status sheets at an Account Manager's request

What the client is looking for:

* Has a good standard of written English

* Is comfortable with using a computer (including Microsoft and Adobe PDF software)

* Is keen to take responsibility for projects

* Has a high level of attention to detail

* Has an interest in brand marketing

* A good standard of written communication
