This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Valid driver’s license in the applicable state required.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate, sell, and influence.
  • Thorough experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic vision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure.
