Position Overview: At Kendra Scott, we are dedicated to delivering world class ecommerce experiences. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Ecommerce Scrum Master & QA Specialist. In this dual-role position, the candidate will be responsible for driving the agile development process as a Scrum Master, while also ensuring the quality of our ecommerce platform through effective QA practices.

Responsibilities:

Scrum Master:

  • Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high quality features on time.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.
  • Maintain a well-defined backlog and ensure that user stories are clear, concise, and prioritized based on business value.
  • Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and key performance indicators.

QA Specialist:

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the ecommerce platform.
  • Conduct system testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across various browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure test cases align with user stories.
  • Perform regression testing to identify and mitigate potential issues before deployment.
  • Document and communicate test results, issues, and resolutions to the development team.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certification.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an ecommerce or software development environment. • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and related technologies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong ability to build cross functional partnerships and work collaboratively.
  • A growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideas.
  • A shared appreciation for our 3 core values of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy
  • Retail industry working experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is preferred.
