Manufacturing‑Focused Business Central Consultant We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling Manufacturing firm that’s implementing arenaflex Dynamics 365 Business Central across a diverse group of manufacturing‑led portfolio companies. Qorali are looking for a Business Central Consultant who thrives in operational environments and enjoys shaping real‑world processes, not just delivering templated partner projects. You’ll work directly inside the clients ecosystem, guiding multiple manufacturing businesses through modernisation, standardisation, and growth. What you’ll be doing • Leading end‑to‑end Business Central implementations across several manufacturing portfolio companies • Translating complex operational workflows (production orders, MRP, WMS, BOMs, routings, capacity planning) into clean, scalable BC solutions • Supporting integrations across shop‑floor systems, MES, scanners, inventory platforms and finance • Managing data migration and hands‑on user training with production, supply chain and finance teams • Helping introduce group‑wide standards without compromising local manufacturing realities • Acting as the internal authority on Business Central best practice, capabilities and roadmap What we’re looking for • Strong Business Central implementation or consulting experience, ideally in multi‑entity, multi‑site manufacturing • Hands‑on understanding of manufacturing processes (WIP, standard costing, demand planning, inventory control) • Confident collaborating with operational managers as well as finance leaders • Someone who loves fixing bottlenecks, simplifying processes and improving data flows • A self‑starter who’s comfortable owning decisions without layers of sign‑off • Excellent communicator who can translate tech into meaningful business outcomes What makes this role different • You’re not firefighting client work — you’re building long‑term, stable Business Central solution within a single global ecosystem • You’ll have influence in how an entire group designs, deploys, and uses Business Central • You’ll see the operational impact of your work every day in production, supply chain, and finance • No excessive travel — fully remote with occasional on‑site visits for key session Apply tot his job
