Are you curious, people-driven, and ready to jump into the wedding and events world? The Easy Wedding Abu Dhabi Internship Program is designed for students and recent graduates who want real, hands-on experience in a fast-growing international company.

Whether you’re passionate about event planning, makeup, photography, operations, administration, or social media, this program gives you the chance to work directly on real weddings — from concept to celebration. You’ll learn from industry experts, support real clients, and see what it takes to create beautiful, stress-free events from behind the scenes.

Available tracks include:

  • Wedding Planning: Assist senior planners in organizing ceremonies, managing logistics, and communicating with suppliers and couples.
  • Makeup / Photography: Build your portfolio while working on real weddings, collaborating with clients and creatives.
  • Admin & Operations: Handle documents, client schedules, and logistics — the essential coordination that keeps everything running.
  • Marketing & Social Media: Capture stories, create content, and help shape the digital voice of Easy Wedding Abu Dhabi.

All interns get real mentorship, a clear learning path, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

Requirements

We’re looking for passionate interns who are:

  • Students or recent grads in Hospitality, Tourism, Events, Marketing, or Business
  • Available for 3 to 6 months (longer preferred)
  • Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai — driving license is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
  • Energetic, presentable, and not afraid of client-facing roles
  • Organized, adaptable, and excited to learn across departments
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural team
  • Passionate about weddings, hospitality, or creative industries
