As Director of Growth Partnerships, you will be a strategic force in shaping and executing Pearl Health’s growth strategy with enterprise clients and strategic partners. You’ll lead middle- and bottom-of-funnel activities across high-value sales opportunities—owning deal structuring, solution design, and contracting—and serve as a critical bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will cultivate and manage Pearl’s network of external growth partners—organizations that help expand our reach into the market. Drive end-to-end execution for high-priority sales cycles, including deal structuring, underwriting, redlining, and contract execution. Collaborate with Growth, Finance, Data Science, and Legal teams to translate complex partner needs into executable partnership structures. Serve as a key contact for enterprise stakeholders, guiding conversations across the full sales cycle. Develop and manage partner network : Build strong relationships with external growth partners, identifying joint market expansion opportunities and executing co-branded strategies. Drive alignment and project management across Product, Operations, Finance, etc. to ensure organizational readiness for each new partnership. Create high-impact materials : Develop and tailor presentations and proposals for executive audiences, leveraging data and insights to tell a compelling story. Help build the infrastructure for scalable, repeatable success in both direct sales and partner-driven channels. 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, Private equity, investment banking, or enterprise partnerships, preferably in the healthcare industry. • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive understanding of complex concepts through proposals, materials, and presentations. • Strong analytical skills with a track record of applying data-driven insights to solve unique business challenges. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to tailor materials and presentations to meet client needs. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus. • Passion for improving processes, building relationships, and driving business growth. • Our definition of diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts of one’s identity.
