Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced digital salesperson, with the experience in digital technologies to join us in an important period of growth in Iberia. This position will require someone with a can-do mentality and with the ability to execute on our sales strategy. This person should also not be shy of being hands-on and willing to roll-up their sleeves when it comes to getting projects implemented and new digital programs started.

The position is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationship with customers to identify sales opportunities within existing and new-targeted accounts.

Where needed the DSR will next to closing deals also be supporting or customer onboardings, workflow analyses and optimizations, customer training and application support

The DSR will hold customer meetings, support sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations, product demos remotely, onsite and at tradeshows. The job will consist of embracing our Digital Solutions and drive further expansion of our digital offering.

As the spearhead on the commercial activities at INTUITIVE the Digital Products Sales Representative also provides input and support in Marketing, Business Development as well as internal and external trainings in partnership with the regional marketing team and regional commercial teams.  

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers and internally (to Intuitive) acting as the go-to-person in the assigned territory
  • Responsible for reaching the annual sales goals and utilization growth targets for the assigned territory.
  • Ensure implementation of the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal and post sales account management in the assigned territory
  • Follows-up and assures success in closed deals (project implementation & onboarding)
  • Executes the Digital sales processes
  • Responsibly manage administrative tasks: regular reporting and forecasting of on sales activities and sales pipeline, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports reporting
  • Drives / Works on continuous and fast-paced customer and account relations expansion through collaboration with sales leadership and marketing, conduct strategic market development activities on digital solutions. Regular activities would consist of leading and driving formal presentations, informal events, and get-togethers
  • Manage and increase the day-to-day customer and account relations.
