<p>We are currently seeking a skilled <strong>Digital Marketing Manager</strong> to join our client's global team, specializing in blockchain, crypto, and Web3. This full-time, independent contractor role requires digital marketing and social media expertise, along with a deep understanding of Web3.</p><p><strong>Full-time: Remote (CET working hours)</strong><br><strong>Starting Date: ASAP</strong><br><strong>Monthly Starting Salary: $1900 USD per month (can be higher, depending on level of experience)</strong></p><p><strong>Tasks & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Social Media Management:</strong> Develop and execute organic growth strategies for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord), ensuring consistent, engaging content is posted. Engage with online communities, manage discussions, and respond to comments. Monitor Web3 trends and adapt content strategies accordingly. Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners in the Web3 space. Prepare monthly social media plans and growth reports.</p></li><li><p><strong>Community Growth:</strong> Build and nurture our Telegram and Discord communities, fostering engagement and participation in key industry conversations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Paid Ads & Growth Marketing:</strong> Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Perform A/B testing on creative assets, monitor performance metrics, and refine strategies for better conversion rates. Handle lead generation campaigns for key Web3 initiatives, events, and reports.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years of digital marketing and social media management experience, ideally within the blockchain or Web3 industry.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and analytics tools.
