Achieving this ambition will require; development of new capabilities, reallocation of resources and investment to become a leaner, more agile company, leveraging latest technology, process insight and ways of working.<br /> </p><p><b>About This Role: </b></p><p>The Digital Marketing Manager - EMEA is responsible for owning and leveraging digital channels across the region to accelerate regional growth and support the marketing strategy. They own access to the digital channels on behalf of the Region and are responsible for delivering an integrated channel approach across e-mail, social (paid and organic), website and other digital channels while driving the region to think differently about how we engage with customers through digital. This role is also responsible for all outbound email campaigns, and will own the mailing lists, campaign design, and execution and tracking. The Digital Marketing Manager is ultimately responsible for building digital capability in the region, serving as the expert user and advising the regional marketing team on how best to leverage digital channels and tactics to meet broader marketing and growth objectives.</p><p></p><p><b>Accountabilities:</b></p><p><b>Own Digital Channel Execution (within EMEA Remit)</b></p><ul><li><p>Own content creation specifically for digital channels, including (where relevant within a region) company LinkedIn, social channels, website, ensuring that content is configured for specific channel requirements, and contains appropriate measurable call-to-actions</p></li><li><p>Own access to all digital channels on behalf of the region (both global channels and regionally-owned channels)</p></li><li><p>Works closely with Regional Heads of Marketing, Global Marketing Excellence and Corporate Comms teams to schedule regionally-specific content on global channels</p></li><li><p>Design and track channel-specific KPIs, and continually seek new and improved ways to engage and deliver via these channels</p></li><li><p>Actively contributes as the regional expert/champion on globally led digital marketing transformation projects</p></li><li><p>Responsible for all digital marketing campaign reporting, identifying areas for improvement and deliver data led insight</p></li></ul><p><b>Own Regional Digital & Social Marketing Strategy and Execution</b></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with Regional Heads of Marketing and Global Marketing Excellence to define the strategy for email communications in the region, including frequency, format and call-to-action</p></li><li><p>Act as the regional marketing owner of email marketing tool (Account Engagement) and ensure that all contact data and marketing assets are organised and configured properly</p></li><li><p>Lead execution of this strategy, including system coding</p></li><li><p>Responsible for embedding the key principles of the buyer's journey within all digital marketing activity, including tactics to connect with relevant personas at different stages of the funnel</p></li><li><p>Design and execute new approaches to nurture customers via email marketing (eg “drip campaigns”, different call-to-actions)</p></li><li><p>Design and execute methods to test campaign effectiveness (eg A/B testing)</p></li></ul><p><b>Build Digital Capability Within the Region</b></p><ul><li><p>Partner with Global Marketing Excellence to identify and build relevant digital capability within the region, and the broader business, serving as a key member of the global digital team to represent regional commercial requirements</p></li><li><p>Responsible for understanding tools-in-use, serving as the expert within the region, and advising the regional marketing team on how best to leverage these channels to support the broader marketing strategy and growth agenda</p></li><li><p>Continuously monitors competitor digital marketing activity ensuring that Tate & Lyle differentiates its output for a competitor advantage</p></li><li><p>Remains current with digital trends and continually shares and embeds best practice insight</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in Brand, Marketing or Digital roles.  B2B experience is advantageous, but FMCG and/or agency also relevant</p></li><li><p>Experience in digital marketing a necessity, with specific capability in social media content creation and email marketing</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated examples of creating effective and efficient communication campaigns</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce Account Engagement is preferred</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and timelines from multiple stakeholders within a complex organization.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional creative and problem-solving skills.  </p></li><li><p>Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation)</p></li><li><p>Data analytics and reporting - Capability to work with Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and BI tools to measure ROI, track channel performance, and derive actionable insights from campaign data.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of search engine optimisation and paid search to support partner co-marketing efforts and local market visibility.</p></li><li><p>Digital content creation - Proficiency in developing co-brandable marketing materials, email templates, social media content, and landing pages. Basic graphic design skills, using tools like Canva, are valuable.</p></li><li><p>Ability to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing platforms.
