About the job:
  • As a member of the Google Ads sales team at Teleperformance, you will be working on inbound and outbound leads to suggest new solutions and budget to their existing Google Ads account through voice and chat process for one of the largest players in the digital ad space.
  • You will be part of the largest digital advertising team who creates unique customer experiences while actively making an impact in the online marketing environment.
  • Annual Base Salary starting at $40,000 with earning potential up to $54,000 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments.
Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline of new business clients that come from both inbound and outbound lead sources.
  • You will become a trusted advisor for new business clients in relation to their online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business.
  • Develop online marketing strategies for your clients so they can achieve both brand awareness and performance marketing goals. This is done by understanding the client’s business goals, crafting compelling solutions and meeting customer expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as account management, support teams and call routing centers.
  • It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets and contribute to your team’s overall target.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent Diploma.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment.
  • Computer savvy.
  • A team player with problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.

Schedule:
  • Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift between 9 AM to 9 PM. Location.
  • Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary location Yonge & Eglinton.
  • Hybrid setup, 4 weeks of product training will be on-site.
