<p style="text-align:left">Compensation Pay Range:</p>$57,438.00 - $86,156.00<p style="text-align:left"><i>The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.  Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. </i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Identify, prioritize, and oversee the proper stocking of incoming product to ensure accurate and available inventory. Resolve personnel and shipment issues that arise within the department. Oversee and perform all tasks according to the proper method for the DC-WMS or paper.</p><p></p><p><b><span>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</span></b></p><p>Supervise the distribution and stocking of all incoming merchandise including common carrier freight, UPS, WTW, and new store returns to ensure they are completed accurately.</p><p>Manage the Assistant Stocking Supervisor, Inbound Lead, and Inbound Materials handling personnel.</p><p>Responsible for the safety of all DC team members and coordinating efforts with the safety supervisor on safety and security concerns.</p><p>Ensure RGS’ and stock adjustments are completed accurately and timely.</p><p>Ensure that surplus merchandise is handled accurately and product line maintenance is completed as necessary.</p><p>Oversee the timely completion of new product line set ups and changeovers.</p><p>Responsible for team member evaluations being written and delivered in a timely manner.</p><p>Enforce and clarify company policies and procedures which includes ensuring that all equipment users are properly trained and licensed as required.</p><p>Maintain a clean, neat, and organized DC.</p><p>Communicate with the other supervisors to maintain an even and steady workflow.</p><p>Work with the HR supervisors to interview and hire prospective team members.</p><p>Coordinate with the operations manager to establish goals and plans for accomplishing these goals.</p><p>Plan and conduct monthly department meetings with team members.</p><p>Work with operations manager on capital expenditures listing for budgeting purposes.</p><p>Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.</p><p>All other duties as assigned.</p><p></p><p><b><span>SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</span></b></p><h2><span>Required:</span></h2><p>High school diploma or equivalent (GED)</p><p>Excellent at detailed work with above average skills in areas of written and verbal communication</p><p>Must be able to oversee multiple tasks at one time and prioritize accordingly</p><p>Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on customer service</p><p>Must be able to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately</p><p>Basic computer skills</p><h2><span>Desired:</span></h2><p>Completion of O’Reilly supervisor training course</p><p>College degree</p><p>Experience in stocking incoming freight in a warehouse environment</p><p>Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)</p><p>Advanced computer skills</p><div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">O’Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
