<p><b>YOUR OPPORTUNITY</b></p><p><span>As Manager, Data and Analytics, you are leading the design and build of analytics products focused in the associated region and functions assigned.  </span></p><p><span>Your role is to support the region and/or functions in defining, designing and implementing analytics products in support of the overall Bacardi and data and analytics strategy.  </span></p><p></p><p><b>ABOUT YOU</b></p><p><span>You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery and adoption of all analytics products for your assigned region and/or functions. </span></p><p><span>You will be responsible to deliver key performance targets as defined for the tech services function that are related to data and analytics. </span></p><p><span>You will build and maintain effective relationships with key business partners and the tech leadership team</span></p><p><span>You will work with internal and external partners to ensure standards and best practices are followed in the development and support of analytics products.</span></p><p></p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES </b>- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE</p><ul><li><span>Accountable for full delivery and ownership of end-state analytics products including: </span><ul><li><span>Accountable for cross-team coordination within DnA and broader across Tech to staff analytics “pods” for product build</span></li><li><span>Accountable for working with Project Management Organization on planning, budget tracking and documentation </span></li><li><span>Shared accountability for solution architecture and design</span></li></ul></li><li><span>Lead Regional Analytics Governance Forums and Participate in Functional Leadership teams for identification and prioritization of analytics products </span></li><li><span>Work closely with other DnA team members and Technical Support/Operations on enhancement and maintenance requests as needed</span></li><li><span>Work closely with BRM’s and Business partners to provide timely updates and to escalate risks or support needed</span></li><li><span>Accountable for informing global data and analytics portfolio team about all <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">requests/initiatives/ongoing</span> work </span></li><li><span>Responsible for assisting operations team with issues/changes to production analytics products for which they owned delivery</span></li><li><span>Accountable for post-delivery adoption and value realization measurement and documentation leveraging change management and user adoption team in partnership with Business Owner</span></li><li><span>Primary point of contact with spoke Teams in applicable functions and/or regions</span></li><li><span>Participate in the evaluation of data and analytics emerging technology and tools</span></li><li><span>Work with vendors as needed to support ongoing projects and operations: </span><ul><li><span>Maximize the value of our key partnerships</span></li><li><span>Ensure that the partners deliver services that meet the business requirements and the agreed SLAs.
