We are looking to hire a Customer Support Agent with a strong interest in trading and financial markets to join our team long-term. Our company provides automated algorithmic trading systems to clients. This is not a generic support role. You will be supporting users of our automated strategies, assisting with system usage, platform setup, and trading-related questions, while tracking client progress to ensure they receive high-quality support. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries related to automated trading systems - Assist clients with trading-related questions and platform usage - Track client progress and proactively follow up when needed - Communicate clearly with clients via tickets, calls, and meetings (in English) - Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently Required Skills & Qualifications - Solid understanding of trading concepts - Knowledge of futures, stocks, and crypto markets is required - Experience with NinjaTrader is a strong plus - Fluent English (spoken and written) - Must be comfortable conducting calls and live meetings with clients - Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset Mandatory Traits (Please read carefully) - Proactivity is non-negotiable We provide training and guidance, but if you need to be told what to do at every step, this role is not for you. - Long-term commitment We value our team and strongly prioritize internal promotions.
