If you’re ready to build a career with a company that continues to lead the supply chain and logistics industries, we’d love to hear from you.<br><br><strong>To be qualified for this position, you should possess the following:<br><br></strong><ul><li>1 year of prior customer service experience preferred </li><li>Experience in a fast-paced work environment; strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); basic typing skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; work effectively as an individual contributor and or as part of a team</li><li>Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including but not limited to early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidays <br><br></li></ul><strong>Customer Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Scheduling pick-ups, tracing shipments, providing shipment ETAs, rate quotes, and or freight charges</li><li>Coordinating with internal departments as well as partners, delivery agents, brokers, and container stations to schedule shipments and handle customer issues</li><li>Scheduling delivery appointments and handle re-consignments</li><li>Coordinating communication with customers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable regarding Driver Collect and C.O.D. shipments</li><li>Ensuring the accurate billing of shipments</li><li>Compiling and delivering custom reports; performing daily audits of reports</li><li>Documenting all customer interactions for follow up and record keeping purposes </li><li>Assisting customers with “My Pyle” registration and utilization of our web site</li><li>Meeting the standards for all Key Performance Indicators (Call Quality, Process Knowledge Assessment, Adherence to Schedule, “Make Busy” %, Contacts per Hour)<br><br></li></ul><em>For a full job description associated with this posting, please contact A.
