We are currently seeking to fill a full-time permanent Customer Service Representative and Administrative Support role in our Distribution Services Business Unit in Edmonton, AB.

Position Details:

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, the Customer Service and Administrative Support role is primarily responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support in obtaining, inputting and file management of customer information in our inventory management software and files. The Customer Service and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of office support related duties to support both Edmonton and Calgary operations. Further details will be reviewed during the interview process.

The shift is Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch.

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a related office administrative environment
  • Strong people skills collaborating with team members
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in handling volume of work, changing demands and various sources of information
  • Reliability to attend work regularly and on time
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to audit for errors
  • Knowledge of transportation & logistics (over the road, rail, and logistics) would be an asset
  • The successful candidate will require a reliable vehicle as our office is located outside of public transport
