Your ability to promote and upsell will ensure you are of significant strength to your team. This is a part time role working 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.30 till 3.30pm or similar. Greene King support agile working which means you would be welcome to work from home for up to 2 days per week after training. **Your role as a Customer Sales Representative** - Manage and action incoming calls within targeted timeframes - Contact customers using the outbound schedule and accurately take order requirements - Provide a high level of customer care by ensuring any interactions are friendly and professional - Maximise on all orders and promotions where relevant to achieve agreed targets - Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a consistent customer journey **What you’ll bring** - Experience within customer care, sales, or administration - Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Outlook - Ability to provide customer centric solutions - Passionate about the customer journey - Positivity and motivation to succeed
