We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Project Manager for Bobst Bielefeld GmbH who acts as a single point of contact for our worldwide customers in the printing industry.
Your main task will be to make our projects your success story and co-ordinate activities and communication between all relevant internal and external stakeholders, covering the projects both in technical and commercial aspects.

Your responsibilities:
  • Commercial and technical coordination of projects from the award of the contract until on-site acceptance
  • Technical and commercial clarification and advice to the customer in the course of the project
  • Communication with customers (single point of contact) worldwide
  • Active coordination and tracking of the activities of all internal and external project stakeholders
  • Initiation and tracking of the risk assessment
  • Control of the internal and customer-oriented information flow
  • Project management and project controlling with focus on timelines and budget
  • Documentation and management of the project portfolio
  • Supervision of on-site acceptance at the customer upon need
Your Profile:
  • 3+ years of project management experience in general industry
  • Advanced experience in international project coordination of complex investment goods
  • Strong project and people management capabilities including conflict management
  • Financially literate (P&L, costs, capex/opex)
  • Effective communications with stakeholders ranging from plant-floor operatives to senior executives
  • Able to scope and structure project activity, set priorities, and visualize/ analyze data
  • Ability to organize workflow, analyze situations and take proper initiatives/actions for problem-solving
  • Customer orientation with a willingness to occasional worldwide travel
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bachelor or Master degree in business, engineering or technical degree preferred
  • Very good spoken and written language skills in English and German, other language desirable
