We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.</p> <hr> <p> </p></div><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing: </strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Credit Specialist II to help us establish the Overpayments vertical of Grow Therapy, and who will work on overpayment validation projects with the RCM Team. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of specialists reporting directly to the Insurance Operations Department. Your responsibilities will include: </p> <ul> <li>Researching overpayments in instances where payors (e.g., insurance companies or government programs) have paid more than the amount due, and fulfilling refund requests to our payors</li> <li>Initiating and managing refunds once verified, and ensuring the appropriate steps are taken to return funds.</li> <li>Fulfilling overpayment requests based on the contractual timelines outlined by each payor.</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies to ensure all actions follow federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.</li> <li>Maintaining accurate records and keeping detailed documentation for transparency, audits, and process improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Details:</strong><br><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full Time, Non-Exempt<br><strong>Compensation:</strong> The base compensation range for this position is $23.72 - $26.44 USD Hourly</p> <p><em>The compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.</em></p> <p><strong>You’ll Be a Good Fit If: </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Healthcare Experience: </strong>Strong understanding of healthcare claims, overpayments, and facilitating refunds to payors.
