Your Impact As a Creative Lead, you will be a core builder inside Axon’s marketing engine. This role exists to increase speed, creativity, and leverage across campaigns, product launches, and demand programs, without sacrificing quality or trust. You will use AI as a force multiplier to create high-impact content across written, visual, and multimedia formats. You will concept, create, design, and iterate content end to end, helping Axon tell clearer stories, move faster, and drive measurable customer impact across public safety audiences. This is a hands-on execution role for an AI-driven modern marketer who can think creatively, write sharply, design competently, and ship consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact content across formats including sales assets, customer case studies, campaign content, web copy, emails, and thought leadership pieces
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, design, iteration, and personalization while maintaining Axon’s brand and quality standards
  • Design polished visual assets such as slides, one-pagers, campaign graphics, and lightweight web visuals
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate positioning and narratives into customer-ready content
  • Support Demand Generation with campaign assets that drive engagement and pipeline impact
  • Rapidly prototype content concepts and creative directions to test and iterate
  • Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across channels
  • Incorporate performance data, feedback, and testing to continuously improve content effectiveness

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, design, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), modern tools like Figma and Canva, and AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, and similar platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and formats
  • Ability to own content from concept through execution
  • Strong creative judgment with a high quality bar
