This role is centered on creating, refining, and executing brochure PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, and related materials aligned to key industry segments and applications.</p><p>The Content Specialist will translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, compelling, and visually polished messaging that supports commercial priorities and customer engagement. Success in this role requires close collaboration with Product Management, Applications, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across deliverables.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain brochure PDFs, presentations, and marketing collateral for the Orbitrap portfolio.</li><li>Translate complex scientific and technical content into clear, persuasive messaging.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and alignment of content.</li><li>Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual presentation.</li><li>Support go-to-market execution with high-quality, timely deliverables.</li><li>Refine value propositions and product positioning.</li><li>Incorporate stakeholder feedback to optimize materials.</li><li>Manage multiple content projects with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Support sales enablement and customer engagement materials.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years in marketing content, product marketing, or scientific communications.</li><li>Familiarity with life sciences or analytical instrumentation markets preferred.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Strong visual storytelling and presentation design capabilities.</li><li>Ability to simplify complex technical information.</li><li>Strong communication and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to produce polished content with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong collaboration and editing skills.</li><li>Knowledge of branding and content consistency best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred).</li><li>Experience creating presentations and customer-facing collateral.</li><li>Familiar with life science research, OMICS, Bio pharma, MARCOM, Vertical marketing, product marketing, Marketing communications, Production, Content management.</li><li>Experience with Adobe tools, primarily PPT and PDF creation/editing.</li><li>Experience with PDF tools is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>This is a 100% remote, 6-month temporary contract position.
