OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Concept, shoot, and Produce Creative Content:

  • Assist in concepting, shooting and producing creative content (video and stills) for use on various social media platforms.

  • Ensures that each assigned projects meet brand standards and social trends

  • Takes graphic design best practices and apply them into social specific content.

  • Build photoshoot plans and attend photoshoots and events to capture content.

  • Edit and enhance existing content to improve engagement and SEO performance.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Cross Functional Teammates:

  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Media, and Creative to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

  • Collaborate with external creative agencies to shoot and/or edit content

  • Collaborates with paid media specialists/strategists on platform best practices

Industry Trends:

  • Dedicate time to researching trends and opportunities, as well as popular styles of editing/filming

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.

Education:

  • Be a resource on the creative team that other teammates go to for guidance and inspiration.

  • Educate creative and social teams on new ways of shooting and editing content.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years experience

  • Adobe Creative Suite- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premier, CapCut, TikTok and Instagram editing suite

  • Edit and capture content using an Iphone

  • Must have portfolio for review

  • Travel to events and photoshoots required.

  • Efficient work procedure. Self-starter. Proactive.

  • Strong eye for design.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Understand social channels inclusive of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest

  • Communication to proper team members for problem solving and collaboration.

Targeted Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $90,900.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
