<p>We’re seeking an experienced <strong>Consumer Insights & Market Research Lead</strong> to join a regional APAC marketing insights function. </p><p><br></p><p>This role will lead end-to-end research initiatives to build strong audience understanding and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and business teams. </p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate brings solid experience delivering research in India and across APAC markets, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Translate business questions into structured research plans that support marketing and growth decisions.</li><li>Design and execute quantitative and qualitative studies covering audience understanding, campaign development, and creative or message evaluation.</li><li>Select appropriate methodologies, sampling approaches, and markets to balance speed, quality, and business priorities.</li><li>Develop research instruments and manage fieldwork to ensure reliable, decision-ready data.</li><li>Synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear insights and practical recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and regional insights teams to integrate learning into strategy and execution.</li><li>Ensure research approaches appropriately reflect audiences in India and relevant APAC markets.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years’ experience in consumer, market, or marketing insights using quantitative and qualitative methods.</li><li>Hindi-speaking and <strong>experience leading research in India is a must</strong>, given the focus on India business priorities.</li><li>Ability to address both ambiguous and well-defined business questions with suitable methodologies.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a contract role based in Singapore.</p>
