Pay Rate: Starting at $19+/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 6/7am–4pm
Assignment Length: Direct‑Hire
We’re hiring Construction Laborers and Equipment Operators for our client, a well‑established, family‑owned utility construction company that works across the Bangor region. Typical daily duties:

  • Assist with general construction labor such as shoveling, pipe handling, site cleanup, and ground support
  • Work outdoors in all weather while supporting installation of municipal waterlines
  • Assist Heavy Equipment Operators and spot equipment safely
  • (For Equipment Operators) Operate excavators, rollers, and similar equipment as needed
  • Travel to various job sites up to one hour from Bangor

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn construction or utility‑related methods
  • Reliable transportation to job sites within an hour of Bangor
  • Prior construction or equipment operation experience preferred — but entry‑level candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
