Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our esteemed establishment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and assisting with their needs throughout their stay. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall guest experience, requiring a blend of hospitality expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Hiring for Part-Time Overnight Concierge 24 hrs / week

With Weekend Availability :

Tuesday Night - Wednesday Night - Thursday Night

  • 1 am to 9 am

Greets all guests with a smile and pleasant acknowledgment

  • Promote and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Patrol premises every hour. .
  • Package Management - Incoming Out going Mail
  • Provide exceptional customer service; maintain courtesy and be professional at all times.
  • Assists guest awareness of any changes to the buildings specific service or department locations. Explain site operations and available amenities in a kind and explanatory Way.
  • Provides assistance to residents and guests other services as needed.
  • Contacts Security, Environmental Services, or Facilities Management, for assistance when necessary.
  • Monitors the overall appearance of each entrance and the lawful entrance of residents, and visitors.
  • Always works with safety and cleanliness as a priority issue.
  • Assist residents and visitors with all special requests, let them know we care and want to serve each of them.
  • Provide building way-finding escorts to guests, and visitors as needed.
  • Maintain and manage staff members uniform standards and employee grooming policy at all times.
  • Follow all procedures regarding safety, special incidents and emergencies that may occur while working.
  • Maintains open communications with property management and all departments of daily scheduled events.
  • Come to work with a good attitude, ready to handle any problems or difficult situations with a positive attitude.
  • Manage all communication with guests and escalate complex issues to property Management, to enhance guest satisfaction levels.
