DUTIES:

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with requests in the clubhouse.
  • Monitoring the clubhouse to ensure residents and guests follow facility rules and procedures.
  • Assisting residents with clubhouse equipment.
  • Providing information about the property and its offerings.
  • Exceeding resident expectations by delivering exceptional service.
  • Offering recommendations on local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
  • Listening to resident requests, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Assisting with clubhouse activities.
  • Closing and securing clubhouse doors at closing time.
  • Performing office duties when needed.
  • Carrying out tasks requested by the Community Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
  • Neat and Professional Appearance.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and trustworthiness.
  • Flexibility with schedule, with availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Good communication skills.
  • General knowledge of computers and computer programs.
  • Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, filing, and organizational skills.
