This role is vital as it serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, setting the tone for the entire community. The Concierge ensures a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment by maintaining security protocols and delivering prompt, courteous service. The position requires a professional demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and care. Working the night and weekend shift from midnight to 8:00 a.m., the Concierge is central to maintaining the safety and operational efficiency of the community during these hours. Key responsibilities include monitoring access to the building, assisting with emergency situations, managing communication systems, and supporting both residents and staff with a variety of needs. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in public areas, assisting with maintenance requests, and facilitating smooth community operations.
