This role is vital as it serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, setting the tone for the entire community. The Concierge ensures a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment by maintaining security protocols and delivering prompt, courteous service. Working the night and weekend shift from midnight to 8:00 a.m., the Concierge is central to maintaining the safety and operational efficiency of the community during these hours.
