The ideal candidate will lead revenue strategy for two iconic luxury hotels located in the heart of vibrant, walkable destinations—each offering distinctive amenities, elevated design, and world-class guest experiences. As Complex Director of Revenue Management , you will drive pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies across both properties while leveraging each hotel’s unique amenities, demand drivers, and market position. Conrad Indianapolis Situated in downtown Indianapolis’s Arts & Cultural District, Conrad Indianapolis, boasting 247 guest rooms & suites, is connected to the Circle Centre Skywalk and steps from Monument Circle, premier dining, sports venues, and cultural attractions. A Complex Director of Revenue Management for the Conrad Indianapolis and Waldorf Astoria Atlanta is responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotels' continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. What will I be doing? As the Complex Director of Revenue Management, you would be responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
