We are a fast-growing DTC skincare brand serving women 40+. We are hiring a Social Media Comment Moderator to manage and respond to high-volume Facebook and Instagram ad comments. This role directly impacts brand reputation, trust, and revenue.


Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to ad comments daily

Identify sentiment (positive, neutral, objection, negative, troll)

Hide harmful or spam comments when necessary

Correct misinformation professionally

Escalate serious complaints immediately

Follow clear SOPs and tagging protocols


Requirements:
Experience in social media moderation or customer support

Strong written English

High attention to detail

Ability to handle negative comments calmly

Reliable and punctual during assigned shifts

Comfortable working in a structured, SOP-driven environment

Experience with NapoleonCat or similar moderation tools preferred.
