You’ll be accountable for meeting sales, shrink, payroll, and expense targets while treating both customers and team members with dignity and respect. The role involves moving, pushing, counting, and documenting information accurately. You must be able to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area, and operate necessary equipment. The position requires climbing ladders and handling merchandise weighing between 0-25 pounds. Flexibility in working hours and days is necessary to manage store operations effectively.
