margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm;"><span style="">8–12+ years in Modern Workplace / Endpoint / EUC engineering/Azure, including 3–5+ years in technical leadership for production services.</span></li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm;"><span style="">Deep knowledge of Entra ID and Conditional Access, Zero Trust device access patterns, and integration with endpoint security tooling. </span></li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm;"><span style="">Strong ITSM background (Incident/Problem/Change), CAB governance, change risk assessment, and RCA/postmortem leadership.</span></li><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm;"><span style="">Demonstrated SRE mindset: monitoring/alerting, reliability improvements, and automation-driven operational excellence. </span></li><li style="color: black;
