Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Cloud Consultant with expertise in Google Workspace to join our growing team. This role is open to both Junior and Mid-Seniority candidates, offering an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and directly impact our clients’ success.

As a Cloud Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their Google Workspace journey, from initial strategy and design to successful implementation and adoption. You will be instrumental in demonstrating how Google Workspace, including powerful tools like AppSheet for low-code application development and Gemini (Google’s AI model) for enhanced productivity and automation, can revolutionize their operations.

Job Descriptions:

For All Seniority Levels:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and existing IT infrastructure.
  • Advise on best practices for Google Workspace adoption, configuration, and security.
  • Plan and execute seamless migrations of data and applications to Google Workspace.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace features, updates, and related Google Cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with our sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.

For Mid-Seniority Candidates (in addition to above):

  • Lead discovery workshops and architectural design sessions with complex clients.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation strategies and project plans.
  • Design and implement custom solutions leveraging Google Workspace APIs, AppSheet for bespoke applications, and integrating Gemini to automate workflows or enhance data analysis.
  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and solution optimization.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on long-term digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for various user groups.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of Google Workspace solutions.

For Junior Candidates:

  • Assist senior consultants in data migration, configuration, and support tasks.
  • Learn and apply best practices for Google Workspace implementation.
  • Support user training and documentation efforts.
  • Develop foundational knowledge in AppSheet and explore use cases for Gemini within Google Workspace.
  • Actively participate in client engagements, gaining hands-on experience.

Requirements:

Required:

  • For Junior Position: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience. Fresh graduates with a strong demonstrable interest and aptitude for cloud technologies and digital transformation are encouraged to apply.
  • For Mid-Seniority Position: 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting, implementation, or support role, preferably with cloud productivity suites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred (Any combination of the following is highly valued):

  • Google Workspace Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, including Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Sites.
  • Microsoft 365 Technical Experience: Technical experience with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and an understanding of migration pathways to Google Workspace.
  • Automation & Digital Transformation Experience: Experience in automating business processes, implementing digital transformation initiatives, or working with low-code/no-code platforms.
  • AppSheet Knowledge: Familiarity with AppSheet for developing mobile and web applications, including data sources, logic, and UI/UX design.
  • Gemini Awareness: An understanding of AI/ML concepts and a keen interest in how Gemini can be leveraged within Google Workspace for content generation, summarization, analysis, and automation.
  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Associate Cloud Engineer) are a plus.
